Apple cinnamon detox water is something that tastes great and can help get rid of the toxins that have built up in your body. This delicious tasting detox doesn’t carry a big load of calories. In fact, it doesn’t have any at all. Plus, it can help you by giving low energy a boost. What’s great about this detox, besides the fact that it’s completely natural, is that it’s convenient, easy to make and the ingredients aren’t expensive at all.

You may even have these ingredients already in your pantry. To make it, you’ll need some apples cut into slices and you’ll want to remove the seeds. Choose the kind of apple that has a sweet taste over ones that aren’t as sweet because it helps give the water more flavor.

Next, you’ll need some cinnamon sticks and cold water. Some people use purchased purified or distilled water, but you can use tap water if you have a good filtering system.

Put the apples and cinnamon in a glass container and place it in the refrigerator. There is no definitive amount of cinnamon sticks to apples to use, but what most people do is keep the apples proportionate to the amount of cinnamon.

For example, if you use three cinnamon sticks, then cut up three small apples. Put all of the ingredients into the glass container together. You can add ice cubes to the container if you want to drink the water that day.

Otherwise, just prepare it without the ice cubes. You’ll want to make sure that you use at least a half of gallon of water, otherwise it might be too strong for your taste.

You’ll gain a boost in energy while you’re helping your body to detox.

You can have as much as six to eight ounce glasses of this detox mixture. As you drink it, it will flush your system throughout the day.
