1. Use a mini-trampoline and jump on it

2. Wall Squats
Wall squats are bodyweight squats done against a wall. Find a wall and put your back flat against it. Put your feet out about 18 inches from the wall and around 18 inches apart.
Then squat down while maintaining contact between the wall and your back.
Do 3-4 sets of 10-15 repetitions for 3-4 days a week.
